Privacy and analytics
LUOTO collects only the information needed to understand launch demand, manage early access, read visitor messages and coordinate club product trials.
What we collect
For the waitlist: email address, player profile and estimated monthly tube usage. For club trials: name, club, email address and estimated usage. For contact messages: the message itself and, only when provided, a name and reply email. We also record a small set of first-party interaction events, the page path, referring hostname and UTM campaign parameters. A random page-session key is generated in memory and stored only with analytics event rows that contain no contact details; it is not stored in the browser or alongside a lead's or message sender's contact details. LUOTO analytics does not set cookies or use browser storage. To protect the forms and analytics endpoint from abuse, we process a salted, pseudonymous value derived from the submitting network address.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess launch demand, understand which sections and campaigns lead to genuine interest, contact people about the first LUOTO batch, coordinate possible product tests and read or reply to messages sent through the site. We do not use it to create an advertising profile, place an order or take payment.
Storage and retention
Submissions and first-party events are stored in the site's protected Cloudflare database. We retain submissions only while preparing and evaluating the LUOTO launch, or until you ask us to remove your information. Analytics records older than 180 days are removed during subsequent event processing. Anti-abuse records expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent request processing.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your submission, or unsubscribe from launch updates through the contact form. Include a reply address if you want an answer.
